We manage our customer contacts in a central, secure CRM system. Customer contact details are stored, as well as the details of potential customer who has filled in the contact us form. All audio/video calls are on a  one to one basis. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and the safety of our team members.

We may email you information about our services from time to time. You may unsubscribe from receiving this information at any time.

For instance, the CRM portal stores information you provide such as your name, email and contact number, in a third-party Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

You have the right to request that ittMatters deletes any of your personal information that we collected about you and retained. Once we receive your request we will delete your personal information from our records.
